The most interesting plating! Every course came out plated on something corresponding to that dish. For example; if you ordered fish they would literally bring your meal on top of a small aquarium with a live fish inside!

Let’s talk about how to eat healthy on a vacation…don’t even try!
This is one week out of the year where you’re at an all inclusive resort with all the food and drinks you can think of! Don’t torture yourself by worrying about your diet, just enjoy the food and try not to eat so much that you make yourself sick. It’s going to take awhile for my body to get back to normal after having five-course meals every day but I’m definitely a foodie, so I don’t regret eating all the yummy food on this trip!
Narathiwat Exercising on Vacation
I had real intentions of working out on this trip! I brought workout clothes and running shoes and I was so excited to go for runs on the beach and workout in the hotel gym, but that didn’t happen. I just didn’t want to waist any time indoors working out! So we found other ways to work off the calories we’d consumed. We went paddle boarding, paddle boating, swimming, and we played beach volleyball for hours every day! Now these little activities by no means make up for my lack of actually working out, but they were fun alternatives to being in the gym! And now that I’m back home I can get back into my normal workout and eating routines, it was one week of being unhealthy and I enjoyed every minute of it!
